Weekend Pass Admission

A weekend pass gets you in to the convention, the artist, vendor and exhibitor halls and rooms, and all of our free play gaming areas! Tournament play may not be included with admission: see individual tournament titles for more information!

  • Ages 9+: $15 pre-registration badge ($20 wristband at the door)
  • Ages 3-8: $5 wristband
  • Ages 0-2: Free

Age Restriction Policy

Attendees 13 years of age and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Group Rates

Group rates may be available for select organizations such as charities and schools. Please contact us!

Checking In

To check in at NYGExpo, you will need one of the following:

  • Registration confirmation email presented on a device
  • Printed registration confirmation
  • Apple Wallet pass
  • Valid photo ID may be required

Check in begins at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 5, at the Stoney Creek Conference Center main entrance.

Pre-paid Merchandise Pickup

Shirts and hoodies purchased during registration will be available at the merchandise booth.

  • Full refunds available until 11:59pm on 9/1/19.
  • Weekend Pass transfers available until 11:59pm on 10/4/19. There is a $1 processing fee for transfers.

Refunds and Transfers

To complete a transfer, please visit our account creation page and enter the email used during registration to claim your account. You may also use the “Set Up Account Now” link at the bottom of your registration confirmation email. Once an account has been created, you may complete a transfer and add additional attendees by using the self-service tools. During a transfer, the attendee’s spot gets transferred, but the new registrant will need to pay for their registration. The original registrant will receive a refund.

Passes transferred after 11:59pm on 9/1/19 will receive the shirt or hoodie selected by the original purchaser. Subject to availability, size and style swaps may be available at the merchandise booth.
